Strategy

McGill + Partners facilitated and collaboratively developed a transformative five-year strategic plan for one of the country’s largest consumer-based non-profits that fully encompassed the expansive media, public policy, and advocacy objectives of the organization.


We developed a comprehensive communications strategy for a national association serving the aviation sector which resulted in a reorganization of the enterprise to better leverage – and to monetize – digital, print, and event media.

Branding

McGill + Partners conducted a re-branding of one of the largest international environmental membership organizations and concurrently developed a multi-platform communication strategy. New messaging and a fresh visual identity re-invigorated the organization’s membership, fund-raising, and communications initiatives at international, national, and state levels.


We collaborated with a one of the country’s three largest charitable organizations in sharpening the religious organization’s brand messages in the social services sector and providing a unique new visual identity to all the organization’s communications tools.

Best Practices

On behalf of an international investment banking firm, McGill + Partners undertook a comprehensive assessment of a troubled multi-title B2B media enterprise, developed a reorganization plan, and implemented the turn-around plan on an operational basis.


McGill + Partners was retained to review practices and operational procedures at a large, international safety association and identified best-practices-based operational improvements to the organization’s media (editorial, design, and sales) operations, expanded use of digital properties, and improved marketing effectiveness.
