FRANK McGILL, Founder and Managing Director, has served in senior media leadership, strategic planning, and financial management positions, founded and managed three businesses, was Publisher and CEO of a national consumer magazine, and was a principal in a cable television start-up. He has for 30-plus years consulted to a wide range of commercial and nonprofit organizations. Frank has also developed innovative, effective strategic communications and research-driven branding, marketing, sales, and communications solutions, including visioning, change management, talent and leadership development, and facilitating innovation for a wide range of clients. He is a graduate of Villanova University.

GARY DOLZALL, Managing Director, delivers expertise in strategic planning, integrated-platform communications and media solutions, business and revenue development, audience development, and business optimization. Mr. Dolzall was an early practitioner of integrated media; as a Publisher he developed a branded digital + print platform ranking among the top 10 U.S. media-based brands in audience size. His tenure at McGill + Partners has included strategic and communications consulting to a variety of leading commercial enterprises as well as noted nonprofit organizations. He is an alumnus of Indiana University.

JOHN SATEJA, Managing Director, is a leader and expert in marketing, digital strategy, and content marketing in the information services and publishing industries. He served as the EVP of Consumer Reports, where he led the subscription business to record performance levels, becoming the largest paid content site of its type on the Internet.  John served as COO of Lexis Nexis – Martindale-Hubbell, leading digital product development, marketing, content marketing, and operations. He also served as CMO for Digital Media at Reed Business Information.  John is a faculty member at Seton Hall University and New Jersey City University teaching global business, marketing, and media.
